The Young Leaders Circle brings together young professionals from various business sectors who share the common goal of helping the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation carry out its mission of supporting excellence at the Montreal Children’s Hospital.
The members of the Young Leaders Circle volunteer and organize events throughout the year. By joining the Young Leaders Circle, young people can develop their leadership skills and expand their network, while helping the Foundation meet its goals.

The 6th annual edition of Dolce, a fundraising event benefiting of the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation, organized by the members of the Young Leaders Circle will take place Saturday, April 1st. Under the theme "Chic Shack", a reinvented sugar shack awaits in the heart of the wooded expanse of parc Jean-Drapeau.
The inaugural edition of Déjeun’aide - Breakfast with Leaders, to be held on November 4th 2016 at the Saint James Club, seeks to raise awareness and funds for the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation. This event will provide an opportunity for ambitious students and young professionals to network with business, corporate and industry leaders over an intimate breakfast. Students and young professionals will be able to meet and discuss with aspired leaders to learn from their professional experiences and receive priceless mentorship. The 6th annual Incognito Masked Ball, presented by Engel & Völkers and McGill Real Estate will be held on October 28, 2016 at Entrepôts Dominion. Over 400 masked young professionals are expected to attend, under the theme «Meet me at the ball», where a romantic ambiance awaits in a fairy tale setting combining mystery, reverie and roses for an enchanting experience. All the funds raised are going to the Montreal Children's Hospital H.B. Williams Craniofacial and Cleft Surgery Unit to operate at maximum capacity and remain at the forefront of this field in Quebec and Canada. Tickets can be purchased online for 125$.
Sourires symphoniques was founded in 2011 by co-chairs Xavier Poulin-Gladu and Jean-Philip Lacroix who paired up to organize a fundraising event celebrating music as a way of healing. The last edition of this classical music concert featuring the Orchestre symphonique des Jeunes de Montréal, Les Petits chanteurs du Mont-Royal, as well as Charlotte Cardin, a young and talented singer discovered on La Voix, took place on Friday, May 6, 2016, at St-Patrick Basilica, in Montreal. Under the honorary presidency of Dr. Krishnamoorthy and sponsored by Groupe PVH, the event raised $80,000 and brought together more than 700 music enthusiasts.
